Every conversation is natural and personalized to the customer’s needs, whether they are planning an office lunch, company meeting, private event, or large gathering.
You stay in control
Every interaction is automatically organized inside your CaterVoice dashboard. You can see who was contacted, when the conversation occurred, whether someone answered, what was discussed, the final outcome, and the next follow-up action. Open any conversation to read the complete transcript or listen to the call when recording is enabled.
CaterVoice also includes a Senior Virtual Sales Manager that can review selected conversations and identify what your agent did well, what could have been handled better, and how future conversations can improve.
